Moisten the meat with water. For every pound of meat, sprinkle 1 tsp (5mL) of seasoning evenly over all sides. Puncture the meat with a fork or a knife to ensure tenderness. Wait several minutes – 10 to 20 if the meat is thick – before cooking.
