The suggested mixture is 16 oz. of Mojo Marinade for 7 pounds (3.17 kg) of chicken or pork. For best results we recommend using fresh, not frozen, meat. Simply add the meat and marinade mix to a gallon-sized ziploc bag and allow the meat to marinade overnight. Cook on the grill or pan and enjoy our authentic flavors at home.
