The suggested mixture is 14 oz of Jamaican Jerk Seasoning for every 25 lbs of meat. For best results we recommend using fresh, not frozen, meat. Simply add the meat and marinade mix to a gallon-sized ziploc bag and allow the meat to marinade overnight. Cook on the grill or pan and enjoy our authentic flavors at home.
