The suggested mixture is 16 oz of Sour Orange Marinade for 7 pounds (3.17 kg) of meat. For best results we recommend using fresh, not frozen, meat. Simply add the meat and marinade mix to a gallon sized ziploc bag and allow the meat to marinade overnight. Cook on the grill or pan and enjoy our authentic flavors at home.
