The suggested mixture is 16 oz of marinade for every 7 lbs of meat. For best results we recommend using fresh, not frozen, chicken. Simply add the chicken and marinade mix to a gallon-sized ziploc bag and allow the chicken to marinade overnight. Cook on the grill or pan and enjoy our authentic flavors at home.
